Terence Howard is being replaced by Don Cheadle in Iron Man 2 as Jim Rhodes over disagreement in how much he should get paid. Word has it that he was getting paid more than Gwyneth Paltrow AND Robert Downey Jr. in the first one! No way! Why did they pay him that much? Either he's a good negotiator or Marvel Studios is stupid. 

Iron Man 2 is set to release in May 2010.

Whitney Port is in The City

The Hills star Whitney Port has started shooting her own reality spinoff, The City. The show will document (but prob as fake as The Hills) her working life in New York working for Diane von Furstenberg. Let me get this straight - so The Hills was a spinoff of Laguna Beach, and now this show is a spinoff of The Hills. So wouldn't this be a spin-spinoff? Audrina appears to be also getting a spin-spinoff, but it looks like Whitney has a head start. Whitney's many facial expressions are better than Audria's...non-expressions and speechless-ness anyway. The City is set to air in early 2009. 

Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds

After announcing their engagement in May, Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds, who have kept their relationship fairly under the radar and out of the spotlight, actually proceeded to getting hitched in Vancouver on Saturday night. US reports that Scarlett's mother and twin brother were in attendance, (no family love for Ryan?) and the ceremony was held in a wilderness resort (were wild animals in attendance too?)

Well, this came kinda suddenly. I was surprised at their engagement and now they are actually married. Did she get pregnant? It's still weird to me that Ryan dated Alanis Morissette and ScarJo dated Josh Harnett. I see both of them have moved on smoothly. No pictures of the wedding have surfaced yet but I'm sure one of our favorite gossip magazines will get their dirty hands on those pics real soon. 

Sharon Stone Suggests Botox on Feet

Although she denied it, Sharon Stone allegedly suggested her son to get botox on his feet to rid his feet odor. I'm sorry?! Does she have medical proof to back this up? Or does this crazy b think botox cures everything? The statement was supposedly documented on part of the court papers during Stone's custody battle for her 8-year-old son with ex-husband Phil Bronstein. I pray that she doesn't get any other ideas of where to inject botox.

Angelina Jolie Sells for $3500

Whoa. This lifelike Angelina Jolie doll made by artist Noel Cruz sold for approximately $3,500 on eBay. He used a regular doll and removed the paint and repainted, contoured the features to look like Angelina Jolie, then added the wig, dress, accessories, etc. This is so lifelike it kinda creeps me out. But apparently it's worth $3,500 to somebody! Obsessive creeps.

Usher and wife Tameka Foster (yes, they're still together) announced that they are expecting baby Usher #2, less than a year after they had their first baby, Usher Raymond V last November. So...is this going to be Usher Raymond VI? Dang, that's a lot of Ushers! But if they can all dance and have abs like Usher, I ain't one to complain. 

Anne Hathaway Does W

Anne Hathaway is on the cover of the October issue of W looking glamorous and not too much like her normal self. Seriously, how much does that hair weigh?! In the interview, Anne touches on her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, who is pleading guilty of misusing up to 6 million from investors, saying, "as soon as I found out about the arrest, I had to get on a plane to Mexico to do a press tour for Get Smart. And then I spent a week in shock at a friend’s house." 

At least this Hollywood good-girl's career is taking off pretty smoothly. It's so weird that I actually followed the short-lived TV series Get Real in which she started her acting career in 1999. Now that she's got The Devil Wears Prada (the book was better, by the way, and had a different ending) under her belt, next up is Rachel Getting Married, in which she plays a pretty messed-up bad-ass who has been in and out of rehab for 10 years and returns home for her sister's wedding. 

It's Britney, Bitch

Is it just me or is Britney Spears looking pretty damn good here chillin' poolside in Las Vegas over the weekend? It's obvious the girl's been working on her fitness and finally taking things for a better turn. Could it be possible she's preparing for her 'surprise' appearance on MTV Video Awards on Sept. 7th? The rumors were dismissed by several sources but I think there is still a possibility she might appear. Let's just keep our fingers crossed she doesn't repeat the comeback performance last year!

Update: It's been confirmed Britney Spears is to OPEN for MTV Music Awards, but she will not be performing.

The Brangelina clan has already broken the record for 'Hollywood couple with the most kids,' and their People issue that included intimate family photos of the new twins and the family was also the best selling issue in seven years!!

We all know everyone goes gaga over this power couple, but here are the numbers. According to WWD, the issue sold over 2.6 million copies. The issue was the fourth best selling issue following the issues covering 9-11, Princess Diana's death, and John F. Kennedy Jr.'s death.

The Brangelinas' family matters are in the same league as international events! I guess it WAS worth paying the reported 14 million dollars for these not-so-priceless photos.

Another couple who announced their split was Tea Leoni and David Duchovny. David recently just completed rehab for his sex addiction. Man, from sex addiction rehab to divorce? They've been married since 1997 and have two kids. I guess recovering from sex addiction couldn't save their marriage!

Is it just me or did she pretty much drop off the face of Hollywood since she had her random kid with that random guy? I always wondered who came up with these ranks. Fergie Sings...and Acts

When I saw this picture I thought, "Kate Hudson and Fergie are friends?" Then I learned that these two are in preproduction in London to film the movie Nine. My second thought then was, "Fergie acts?!" Then I learned that Nine is a musical about a film director trying to complete his next film while juggling the women in his life, including his wife, mistress, muse, and protege. Third came, "Kate Hudson sings??" then i finally decided that I should stop asking questions and just serve my role as a fan of Fergie and support her in her first 'acting gig.' Go Fergie Ferg!

Gwyneth Paltrow's Skinny Body Can't Diet

Gwyneth Paltrow talks on The Oprah Winfrey Show in an episode that will air on Wednesday, and "reveals" how she can't diet. She claims when she has to ban certain foods she'll end up eating it BECAUSE it is restricted. This totally throws me off, because how then does she stay so skinny? She better not be one of those naturally skinny bitches.  Second, isn't she known for having crazy diets? Her macrobiotic diet has made plenty of articles; and whereas I have no idea the details of that scary-sounding diet, I'm sure it restricts a lot of food, probably good food at that. I mean, just look at her, this woman has had two children! She didn't even look pregnant when she was! And of course, like all other celebrities, she lost whatever baby weight she gained in a blink of an eye. So lie no more!

The Spears Family Storm

When Britney Spears's lil sister Jamie Lynn announced that she was preggers, their mom's book Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World delayed its release date for obvious reasons. On September 15th, Lynne Spears's retitled book, Into the Storm, will be available at bookstores. How can she still consider releasing this book?! The book supposedly will recite stories of the Spears family, from Britney's rise to stardom and Jamie Lynn's pregnancy. Of course all of us know Lynne uses dirt on Britney as selling points - namely when Britney lost her virginity (gasp - it's not with Justin Timberlake AND it happened before she even came out with "Baby, One More Time") and when she experimented with drugs. How sad is it that she's exploiting her own daughters? And what makes her think people care enough about her family to even sit down and read, not to mention purchase the book?! This shit is going into the storm for sure.

Megan Fox's Body is Jennifer's Body

I just came across some reviews for Jennifer's Body. It doesn't open until 2009, but I wanted to know the plot since my O.C. crush Adam Brody stars in it. The poster here, however, is of Megan Fox, aka that hot chick in Transformers. The movie, written by stripper-turned-Oscar-winning writer Diablo Cody (for her work on Juno) is categorized under "comedy horror," which sounds completely foreign to me. Are you suppose to be nervously laughing at the same time you're sitting on the edge of your seat ready to clutch on to the person next to you? Or are you supposed to be interchanging your screams and laughter? 

Anyway, this movie has a pretty weird plot that sounds more like a teenage date flick than something written by an Oscar winner. It's about a popular girl Jennifer (Fox) who gets possessed by the demon and starts eating teenage boys; while her dorky, not so popular outcast best friend (played by Amanda Seyfried from <u>Mama Mia</u> and Mean Girls) tries to save the day. I'm not sure how Adam Brody, who plays an indie singer, fits in this equation? And the much anticipated topless scene with Megan Fox has been cut from the film, so don't expect too much boobies in this one.

Ya, I'm just as confused about this whole story as you, but knowing me, I'll probably end up seeing this movie just to get a glimpse of The O.C.'s quirky hunk.
